Also you need to watch the way you speak to paying customers, as I am tempted to post all of this correspondence on Reddit and any other forum I can find so that people know what to expect from your "customer service". Drop the defensive innocent act, your shit is a mess and you need to keep in contact with your clients. I said if you do not reply I will initiate legal action, and that is no threat, it is exactly the course of action I would be forced to take after being treated so poorly by your "customer service". I have made multiple attempts to post on the forums, while having my posts erased!! There are no threats here, so keep your pants on. Here is what I HAVE done, I have made multiple attempts to contact via email. My reply "No but clearly you do act immature and with terrible customer service. Keep in mind, there was never a survey sent to me, nor any response whatsoever from iBox until the above response. ![]() You would also know that we DO NOT respond to threats and anyone that starts any type of legal litigation will not receive a printer and will have to wait for correspondence from our lawyers." If you read the Kickstarter updates you would know who and what levels we are shipping to. You have NOT answered the survey and you have NOT paid your shipping dues. Their response (first email was completely ignored) "We have received 2 emails from you. This is my last attempt to contact your company over this, my next step is to begin legal action." I see a lot of people have taken delivery of their printer already, and would love to know what the status of my printer is? I have attempted to post about this on the support form, however my post is simply not approved and it never makes it to the forum. I kickstarted this project and have yet to receive my printer, or hear anything whatsoever about its status. ![]() My second email as follows: "Hello, this is my fifth attempt at contact with no response as of yet. Following up with that, I attempted to contact the ONLY email address that seems to be linked to their company. Their website directs one to post their support needs on the forum, where I tried several times only to have my post preemptively deleted. ![]() After receiving no sort of updates and the delivery date had expired by two months, I decided to attempt to contact iBox printers, and was met with the most defensive and harsh customer "support" I have ever experienced. Since kickstarting there has been absolutely minimal feedback and support, as well as the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hey everyone, I kickstarted the iBox Nano, and still have never received my printer even though they are in production and delivery mode apparently. ![]()
